We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
  • Prices may change at any time but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • Delivery charges are additional and shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or technical issues.

 

5. Formation of Contract

Orders are accepted once full payment is received and stock availability confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is accepted.


6. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right to Cancel & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order in accordance with UK consumer law.

  • Before dispatch: we will refund the full order amount.
  • After dispatch: you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returned goods must be in resaleable condition.

8. Product Quality & Variations

Our products are made from natural materials or manufactured aggregates, which means:

  • Variations in colour, veining, texture, and size are normal and not considered defects.
  • Natural stone may include fossils, mineral deposits, or surface markings.
  • Porcelain paving may have batch-to-batch shade variations — we recommend mixing tiles from different packs for a blended finish.
  • Efflorescence (white marks) may occur and will generally fade over time.
  • Nominal sizes may vary within industry tolerances (e.g., ±5mm).

Important: Inspect all goods prior to installation. We cannot accept claims for installed or cut products.


9. Health & Safety

Some products may be heavy, dusty, or require protective equipment when handling (e.g. gloves, eye protection, dust masks when cutting). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe handling and correct installation in accordance with industry standards.


10. Liability & Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect losses (e.g., tradesperson costs, project delays).
  • Misuse, incorrect installation, or improper storage of materials.

Our liability is limited to the cost of replacement or refund of the goods in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.


11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, courier disruption, strikes, natural disasters, or supply chain issues.


12. Acceptable Use

You must not use indistone.com to:

  • Upload illegal, defamatory, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Infringe intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend access for any misuse of the site.


13. Intellectual Property

All content, text, and images on indistone.com are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce them without written permission.


14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Terms, and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Indi Stone Ltd.
